Wildlife Jewels Sweep for Wildlife Solana Beach!
Wildlife Jewels Sweep for Wildlife™ Solana Beach is an integral part of our “Sweep for Wildlife” Program, and is dedicated to the preservation of Solana Beach and its neighboring coastal areas.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities that focus on removing debris from our beaches while learning about the diverse coastal wildlife residents of Solana Beach. Through these efforts, we seek to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges facing our ocean ecosystems and promote stewardship for the wildlife that inhabit them. Our aim is to inspire and empower our community to protect wildlife while keeping our beach safe for both wildlife and people. “Every wildlife is unique, and every individual matters! Even if you pick up a single piece of debris, you could be saving a life. The sad moment I witnessed a Gull swallowing a plastic knife inspired me to form this group. Please join us in our efforts to protect and preserve our precious wildlife!”
