Wildlife Jewels® LearnFromWildlife™ Exhibition at Earth Day at the Bay: Fine Art, Fashion, and Science featuring Ants, Elegant Terns, Gulls, Egrets, and Sea Lions!

A fabulous day filled with inspiration at Earth Day at the Bay where we gathered to raise awareness for preservation of our precious wildlife and their habitats.

On Saturday April 20th, Wildlife Jewels had the pleasure of exhibiting at Earth Day at the Bay event hosted by Orange County Parks and the Newport Bay Conservancy!

It was a delight to engage the community in our LearnFromWildlife™ program activities, presenting our wildlife-inspired works of art. We shared the fascinating behaviors and unique stories of the wildlife showcased, while also educating the community about our conservation initiatives.

Some of the Wildlife Jewels works of art we presented included our “Gray Sapphire the Gull’s Beach” Painting and our Fine Art Couture Dress inspired by Gray Sapphire the Gull a precious Gull rescued from fishing gear entanglement, The inspiration behind our very own signature Wildlife Jewels logo, Rubellite the Elegant Tern, a precious Elegant Tern rescued who was impacted from a drone cash incident, A precious Sea Lion rescued due to malnourishment, our “White Opal the Snowy Egret’s Beach House” Painting, and our original Carnelian the Ant.

We educated attendees about the importance of protecting wildlife by sharing their stories and highlighting the innovative solutions they inspire. We also emphasized the urgent need to address human-caused threats to our wildlife.
